  I’m extremely frustrated with the delivery service I received. I had a package scheduled for delivery that clearly required a signature, yet the driver barely made any effort to complete the delivery properly. They rang my doorbell and left within about a minute—far too quickly for anyone to reasonably get to the door, especially in a larger home or if you’re momentarily occupied. This defeats the entire purpose of requiring a signature in the first place. It felt like the driver was simply going through the motions rather than actually attempting to complete the delivery. I was home and would have answered the door if given a fair amount of time. This lack of professionalism and consideration caused unnecessary inconvenience and delayed receiving an important package. I expect better service, especially when signature confirmation is required. At the very least, drivers should allow a reasonable window of time for customers to respond before leaving.

  Fast and friendly service. I am always in and out in a snap, which is exactly what I look for in a shipping center. Highly recommended for efficiency!
