Robin Davis provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. After spending so much time trying to get answers from multiple people without any luck, Robin took the time to truly listen, investigate, and provide the clear answers I had been searching for. She went far above and beyond what was expected, never making me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help completely turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. It's rare to find someone who cares as much as Robin does, and FedEx is incredibly fortunate to have an employee who represents the company with such dedication and compassion. Thank you, Robin, for going the extra mile and showing what outstanding customer service should look like. You made a stressful experience so much easier, and I sincerely hope your hard work and commitment are recognized. You absolutely deserve it.
