- SJShabrin JahanSep 24, 20261.0Seriously one of the worst ups stores I’ve been to. If they could charge you for breathing in their store they would. Drive the extra however many minutes and go to a different store.
- KSKiran SajjadAug 31, 20261.0Extremely Disappointing and Irresponsible Service I had a very disappointing experience with UPS on this location. I paid $125 specifically for overnight delivery, and I was assured that my package would be delivered the next day. Based on that commitment, I trusted UPS with an important shipment. However, the tracking now shows that my package will not be delivered until tomorrow, despite paying a premium for overnight service. This is completely unacceptable. If UPS cannot fulfill the service that customers are paying for, they should not make promises or charge such a high fee for it. I feel that my money and, more importantly, my time were completely disregarded. This has been one of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. I will not use UPS again and would not recommend to others.
