  Im so upset. We called the post office to see when we can arrive to complete passport paperwork for my 2 month old, and we were told we can arrive anytime for us to have the photos completed. We arrived 7 min after (we live close) and where told to come back at 12 because the person who takes photos was not there. So we had to take our baby back home, wait, and then come back. When we came back it took a long while to get everything completed. Im a little irritated because my baby was also fussy needing to come back and get seated into the carseat again. But the lady doing the passport application was very kind helped us through the process.

  I had a great experience at the post office thanks to Lisa, Hina, and Christina. They were very helpful, patient, and made the process quick and easy. It’s amazing to still go to places and find excellent customer service. They were very professional and kind. Thank you for your help and patience with me!

  Stayed at home yesterday and today to wait for a package that needed a signature. They never showed up and I'll have to wait several days to go pick it up. Don't get anything you need immediately through this USPS office.

  Had passport appt for 10:45 with our baby who’s less than a month old. Had to plan trip to visit elder family member not doing well. We were ten min late. No line and zero people waiting. Every passport appt online is available (I checked and said this) and both front desk employees refused to take us because we were late. While we could’ve just walked to car and booked another appt 15 min later it wasn’t worthwhile as it was clear they were purposely trying to be difficult and unhelpful. We were late because we had to stop to change a diaper if we had to let our baby sit in crap then she would’ve been screaming the whole time which wouldn’t have made it a pleasant experience for anyone. The fact that the employees didn’t care or even say come back later says all you need to know. 2 people with zero customer service skills and emotional intelligence. Do yourself a favor and Don’t go here for your passport or quite frankly anything.
