- JJJoanAug 13, 20261.0Not only is this branch terrible for the community and business, but it's also the worst local postal office I have seen, and the last place to trust with my packages. A few months ago, my package was scanned as delivered by the carrier, but I never received it. The carrier only dropped off letters and left my package on the truck. Even though the carriers pre-scan packages before delivering them, the tracking information provided was completely false, and my security video clearly shows the delivery happening without any package being dropped off at my doorstep. When I complained about the false delivery scan to the male clerk at the counter, he refused to look into it, and instead of checking the system, he just told me to call the support number and file a claim with them. A few days later, I received a useless email from the supervisor, Octavius Buchanan, basically saying I'm out of luck and I won't get a refund because I didn’t purchase their shipping insurance. Blaming the lack of insurance as an excuse for a fake delivery. What a disgusting excuse for a postal branch in Bergen County. Trusting these people with our mail/packages is a very high risk. They have terrible customer service, zero reliability and zero accountability. I’ve never had a single problem with other carriers like Amazon, FedEx or UPS. They’re very reliable, professional and consistent. Now, I refuse to ever use USPS services for shipping again, because this branch is performing well below expectations.

Instead of being helpful and professional, he made what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily unpleasant.
