Someone working "helped" me at the Amazon returns desk, "scanned my return," and said they don't give receipts for returns. I still haven't received my return, so as far as I can tell, I just gave their employee a free tablet.

I walked into the store on a Wednesday night and, to my surprise, the print center was insanely busy. Despite having so much going on, Raaz made a point to acknowledge every person, helped everyone incredibly quickly, and kept such a positive attitude throughout it all. It would have been very easy to feel overwhelmed or let the smaller requests fall to the side, but he did the complete opposite. He genuinely went above and beyond, and you could tell he cared about making sure every customer left happy. Really great service and such a positive experience. Thank you so much Raaz.

The rest of the store looks as if it'd going out of business. The store is so understaffed, and cosemetically depressing.
