The staff is fast and efficient as well so I never really have to wait long as opposed to other post offices I have visited. This is my main post office that I use from now on because I've had nothing but Pleasant experiences there. I would like to thank the staff there for all their help and hard work.
- DMDrew73tm MApr 4, 20191.0This post office is a disgrace. I received a package a few days ago that had 2 labels on it. On one side there was one addressed to me and on the other side there was one addressed to someone in Kansas. USPS informed delivery showed that I had a package delivered to my house. I opened the package and it was not an item that I ordered. I brought it to this location and explained the situation and I was told that I would have to pay the shipping to get the package to the rightful owner because I opened it. I declined and said that I would just throw the package away because the package was addressed to me and tracking showed that it was delivered to me. The other tracking number on the package showed in “enroute” online. Why would they expect me to pay for a package that was addressed to me and also showed delivered to me through the USPS informed delivery service? When I asked where my package was they could give me no answer and basically said it’s up to me to find it. They ended up taking the package at no charge and sending it back to the initial shipper. I would never use this location again.
