- SMSuzanne MilianoAug 12, 20261.0I have never been to the Garwood post office but my daughter lives in Garwood. I sentv3 cards to her and her husband. They were mailed August 4th, as of yesterday she had not gotten any of them. I live in North Jersey, my outgoing mail is picked up from my mailbox. How could all 3 cards be lost?

- JPJordan PannoFeb 7, 20261.0I NEVER leave reviews but the woman (I’m unsure of her name but a middle aged Indian woman) was the worst customer service clerk I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I try to withhold because I know how it goes when you mess with the people that control your mail. My online selling platform allows a 7 to 10 day turnaround time when I receive a prepaid label it’s gonna show the date of the purchase. I went two days later to go ship this and I was told that because the ship date on the label didn’t match the day that I was bringing the items I wasn’t allowed to bring them and she denied my packages. What was I told to do? Refund people and let them re-purchase it so it’s the same day. I’ve worked for shipping companies. I’ve worked for businesses that ship hundreds of packages and I shipped my own packages. Never have I been denied a package for it being a day off from the day of the label. I don’t know what type of power she has there that she’s allowed to do this but the second I asked to ask for anybody else or talk to a supervisor miraculously nobody was there and nobody was coming back for the rest of the day. Ironically, a woman who didn’t need it scanned in, had a label from six days prior, and she just dropped it off with no problem.You’re messing with people’s money and people’s businesses and for me to leave a review like this you did something ridiculous and clearly by the other reviews, I’m not the only one.
