  I’ve ordered many packages in the past and it’s been delivered with usps recently all my packages that have been getting delivered say Notice Left (No Secure Location Available) when it clearly is? I’m not sure if it’s a new hire or what but definitely is lazy only leaves a slip of paper for me to come to pick it up at the post office this happened about 5 times already in the past 2 weeks something’s got to change and the time is happens is around 9:30-10am I don’t see a purpose in usps if they can’t even deliver but could leave a slip of paper telling you to come pick it up because they couldn’t leave a package at your door or place bc it’s “not secure”

  They need to add more people in the front to help customers all the time that i need to come here there's always one person only , is not fair for the customer and for the employee having to deal with all the customers themselves. Hire more people!!

  This is literally the worst USPS in the nation. Out of my 5 packages that went through this facility, I received 2... One traveled to Alaska and the other to Puerto Rico before receiving them but they did arrive, 3 1/2 weeks later (both were Priority). The other 3 packages were marked as "Received" and then disappeared. This is the only USPS that I've had consistent issues with and I've used several different locations. Unfortunately, I've had to stop buying from the seller that uses this particular USPS for that reason. Not getting the products I pay for doesn't help my business. Something needs to change here. There are other sites that have just as much, if not more, mail and they manage to handle it, so what is the problem at this facility? Do better Garfield.

  Go to other USPS locations if possible. The line is long and just one person is working on the desk... He is helpful but due to short operation, the service is very slow...

  I went to the post office today December 13 2025 and me and my husband were treated very poorly the lady at the front had a bad attitude and is very unprofessional and I’m going to speak to the manager after this. She had black hair long hair to her to her chest and she had tan skin and is very rude. Don’t have a job that works with people if u don’t even know customer efficiency. I would give her 0 stars if I could never coming here again.
