  I asked the UPS store to package my item and ship it out to to my location. The staff was very kind and even followed up to let me know updates on when it was packaged and made sure I had the right shipping number. I was shipping a very sentimental wedding gift, I painted the wedding venue so it is an original art piece and appreciate the care that the associate Heather took in ensuring it got packaged nicely because the frame had glass and ensured that I heard back from her so I felt good about my package! I would recognize this person because I watched how efficient they were in the store. It was a Sunday when I went in and not only did they help everyone with kindness but they were so swift. The wait times were next to none and everyone was taken care of. When I went, she was the only associate and she was handling everything so amazingly. She also went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure with how my package was being managed. Thank you SO much Heather for being so kind and so incredibly efficient. I left a testimonial on the UPS site too so I hope the store gets some credit!!

  We just came from a drop-off at the UPS Store on Jimmie Leads Rd, in Galloway. They could not possibly be nicer, or more efficient. Talk about a “happy return;” wow! Thanks UPS for offering such a well-coordinated experience.
