- SASar AhAug 26, 20261.0I started coming to this office to mail stuff since Milford closed. I was especially fond of Diana because she always went out of her way to help me find my mail and the packages that Milford employees always lost. I happen to go back and there’s a new white lady there. I asked about Diana and got a blank look. I wanted to mail some things out and not only didn’t she understand me, she also couldn’t hear me. Isn’t part of customer service being helped and heard? not happy with the change, neither are my neighbors

They’ve had a difficult 16 months, working through Covid and the attempted sabotage of the postal service by the PM general, L. DeJoy. Kudos to the employees that work so hard!
