- KPkristyn pscolkaSep 16, 20261.0The woman at the counter was very mean to me. I went to the UPS store to ship an item I had sold. I showed her the QR code to get the shipping label so that the package can be shipped. First, she told me that I was returning it because it was already paid for. I said “Right, it’s paid for because the customer bought it. Now I want to ship it to the customer.” She kept insisting that since I wasn’t paying for it I wasn’t shipping it. I told her I send out packages to customers all of the time through post office, with no fee. She made me feel very stupid and in the wrong which I wasn’t! I admitted that I wasn’t understanding what she was saying and she looked over at her coworkers and they both laughed like “clearly”. She made me really upset. I understand that we all have our bad days and can take it out on others, but she really should have been mature and kinder in this encounter. A couple times the women behind the counter have been rude and impatient with me, but this one made me write a review, I just couldn’t believe how she acted.

She could have been human first thing in the morning after a holiday. She grabbed it out of my hand- hmm, I would have taken it w me if she had responded nicely
