  The UPS store in Franklin is an excellent facility with thoughtful employees who go the extra yard to assist you. I’ve been to numerous UPS stores, and the professionals at the Franklin, NJ store go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. A shout out to Cody who is an exceptional employee who treats everyone with respect. Cody is a genuine employee who is patient and kind no matter what is happening in the store. I’m so glad we have this store in Sussex County!

  Aaliyah, Jodi, Tyler are great! Very helpful, friendly and attentive. I’m so glad they opened this UPS store in Franklin. It was definitely needed

  Best UPS Store I’ve been to. The store is always clean, organized, and well maintained. Everyone here is friendly, quick, and efficient. A special shoutout to Kodi for helping me on my last visit and providing such great customer service. He was incredibly kind and helpful and made the whole process so easy. Definitely my go-to UPS Store.

  First, I am SO happy to not have to drive to Sparta to return items via the UPS store. Second, every time I visit this store every person I meet working there is so friendly, so nice & so helpful!! This location rocks.

  I went in this store expecting some kind of issue with a return because I did not print out my return label but it was no problem at all with the help of “Kovi” and “Jennifer”. They are true examples of what customer service is supposed to be. Very pleasant experience. Thank you UPS!!
