  The UPS store in Linwood Plaza always has friendly, efficient staff that seem to care about helping you as fast as possible and your comfort in general, especially since it apparently changed owners or management in the last couple of years. Adam in particular is super friendly and helpful. He usually invites me to place my package on the scale when the person ahead is finishing up to relieve me of the burden I'm holding. Most recently though, he went above and beyond to help with a tech problem I was having with my label. I must say that I think most of the negative reviews I saw here are from people who do not understand UPS policies that are outside employee control (i.e. certain boxes). In my experience each shipping co. has restrictions on what boxes can say what and be shipped accordingly, but at least this UPS store always tapes my boxes for me and I don't have to purchase packing tape like I have had to at the USPS.

  Adam was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and handled my issue quickly and efficiently. After the post office was unable to help me, Adam resolved everything at the highest level and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service — friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you again, Adam!

  Waste of time. My packages are perfectly labeled yet one of the staff made me to wait for a receipt which i thrown to garbage . Even i took the responsibility of my packages are labeled , wasted my time . Life is not hard people make it harder 😩

  Patrick, Dan, and Adam consistently bring a positive, welcoming energy and go above and beyond with their customer service. They genuinely make every visit enjoyable, and they’re the reason I choose this location every time. Their work ethic and the way they care about customers really stand out.

  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience at The UPS Store in Linwood Plaza (Fort Lee) deserves to be recognized properly. From the moment I walked in, the energy was different. Not transactional, not rushed—genuine. Jay and Patrick set the tone immediately. You can tell when people are just doing a job versus when they actually take pride in how they treat others. These guys are the second type. What stood out wasn’t just efficiency (which was on point), but the level of hospitality. Jay took the time to walk me through everything clearly without making me feel like I was holding up the line. Patrick jumped in seamlessly, and between the two of them, it felt more like a team that actually enjoys helping people than a typical shipping store experience. At one point, we even had a real, human conversation—not surface-level small talk, but a genuine heart-to-heart moment. That’s rare anywhere these days, let alone in a place people usually just run in and out of. On top of that, they went above and beyond in ways they didn’t have to. They made sure I got a coupon to save some money, which already shows they’re looking out for the customer—not just the sale. But what really stuck with me was the small gesture that says everything about character: offering water bottles without me even asking. That level of awareness and care is something you don’t teach—it’s who they are. Clean store, organized, fast service—but more importantly, real people behind the counter who treat you with respect and intention. Jay and Patrick didn’t just provide a service—they elevated the entire experience. That location is lucky to have them, and anyone in the area should go out of their way to use this store. Easily a five-star experience. I’ll be coming back and recommending this place to others without hesitation.
