  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional, even when the line gets long. They never seem rushed and take the time to answer questions and thoroughly explain the shipping options available. Amazon returns are quick and hassle-free, and shipping packages is always an easy process. The excellent customer service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!!!

  opinion ! compare to other ups stores located near by this store is the worse of all , another not good experience with their store manager! guy is . possessive, rude ! we were asking store employee to help us pack the item for shipment to be able to close the box yet he was just standing there mocking at us provoking the argument manager ask us to leave for been rude? we did , not coming back since the owner allowed store manager to upset costumers for many years according to all negative reviews right away we went to other location where employees were very friendly they help us to pack the item shipment went well summary only this location is giving trouble to costumers ! skip unprofessional services !

  Here's a review you could use: --- I recently visited the UPS Store in Fort Lee, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. Despite the store being busy, the staff, special Daniel S. The assistant manager handled everything with remarkable patience and professionalism. They maintained a friendly demeanor, always smiling, which made the experience even better. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such outstanding service. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing shipping or printing.

  Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I was charged $37 just to send paperwork and was given confusing information about shipping policies. I was told documents could not be sent via Ground and that ID was required just to mail paperwork, which does not appear to be standard policy. The whole interaction felt misleading and unnecessarily expensive. I understand franchise locations may have their own rules, but transparency and customer service matter. I left feeling taken advantage of for a simple shipment.
