- AAAlexJun 1, 20261.0Rude lady refused to let me drop off my pre-labeled package one minute after closing. She told me to leave them in the lobby, where anyone could take them. Never coming back to this location.

One employee’s attitude and use of profanity aloud created an unprofessional environment and set a poor example for the rest of the staff. When behavior like this goes unchecked, it affects the entire customer experience. I live in Florham Park, and this level of service does not reflect the standards expected here or anywhere else for that matter. USPS hirring need to do better. Please feel free to reach out to me. So offputting. Many customers won’t complain, they’ll just stop coming back. Lookign at the recent reviews, not sure why the employee is still representing the brand?
- HVHugh de VereMar 24, 20261.0The absolute worst customer service possible. It’s a disgrace what the standards for a federal employee of the U.S. Postal service has devolved to. Disappearing into the back and leaving the front uncovered for 16 minutes and then appearing with an angry attitude. Banana clip machine gun neck tattoos are just the icing on the cake.

I printed the label myself and give it to USPS staff so they can place it on the box, how I can make sure that they didn’t reprint or placed the label on a different package to take the product (digital frame)?. As a result I didn’t receive the refund from the vendor. USPS said they cannot help, they don’t have a way to track the package.
