- KAKassa AAug 24, 20261.0I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at the Post Office. As a government public service, I expected a professional and respectful experience. Unfortunately, the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. There appears to be a serious lack of accountability, transparency, and integrity. The conduct of the employee I encountered does not meet the standard expected of a public servant. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Here I am at 6:40pm on a non-holiday ordinary business day Thursday and the door is locked preventing me from getting to my PO box I pay $400+ per year for. Incompetence and poor planning should not have a negative impact on paying customers. 3rd time it has happened.
