Well, things have changed over time at this store... it used to be quite busy with many people quickly moving around to purchase their necessary business items. Now, it's a quiet and almost motionless place that seems to be hanging onto its existence. Yes, you can still find what you need, but it doesn't feel the same. The business and school environments have drastically changed and so have the needs of people in these professions. I'm glad Staple's is still an anchor where we can replenish our most critical items.

I've been a regular customer at this Staples location for some time now, and the experience keeps getting better because of the people. Tori, the General Manager, is exceptional. Every time I'm in the store she brings a warmth and professionalism that you don't always find in retail. Whether I've been waiting on a print job or shopping on the floor, she has always taken the time to help me find exactly what I needed. She helped me select the right tools and print needs for my business based on my specific needs, not just what was on the shelf. That kind of thoughtful, personalized attention is rare. She makes the entire store feel brighter just by being there. That kind of leadership shows up in everything around her. Lexi in the print department deserves just as much recognition. She has gone above and beyond every single time I've come in with a job. She makes sure everything is done correctly the first time, and that attention to detail has made a real difference for my business. Nothing gets missed. Nothing goes unnoticed. This location has earned my loyalty because of people like Tori and Lexi. They are the kind of employees that make a real difference, and this store is lucky to have them both.

Many thanks to their employee, Alyssa, in the printing dept. About 2 weeks ago I needed to have a special program formatted for a private Memorial Mass, I told her what I needed and within minutes found the image I wanted and did several test printings. She really knows her stuff. I didn't need a lot of copies so she did it while I waited so I wouldn't have to come back. She's done other projects for me in the past and they've all come out great. Thanks again Alyssa. You're an asset to Staples.
