  New store untrained staff and poor customer service. I told manager that i was shipping a ups flat envelope overnight air rate. She kept arguing with me the computer said i have to measure. I asked her to restart order and put in ups envelope the one you just handed me, she refused. Store blasting spanish music that i could barely hear myself talk. I had no choice but to overpaid bc i needed these doc sent. Dont ever visit this Fairview, NJ location.

  This is the best UPS Store experience I’ve ever had! Karla was absolutely amazing. I had several packages to return and was really confused with all the different labels, but she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure I had the correct labels for every package and never made me feel rushed or frustrated. Karla provided such excellent customer service and truly went above and beyond to help me. Employees like her make such a difference! Thank you so much, Karla, for being so patient and making what could have been a stressful experience so easy. She deserves recognition! 💕📦
