- JCJesus ColladoDec 16, 20231.0front desk worker clearly has zero customer service skills, i know tons of ppl with no work who have skills that far exceed the current staff, its sad the post office doesn’t do better when hiring ppl. i came to both the post office and ups which is right in front on the opposite side of the street and when i tell you the DIFFERENCE of gratitude i felt after leaving the store. its no wonder UPS is rated 4.5 stars vs the 1.9 stars here.
