- JAJeffrey AngAug 27, 20261.0I mailed a package that was returned to me due to the shipping label coming off. According to the tracking details, the package never even left the origin facility. When I visited the post office with my receipt to resolve the issue, the manager was unhelpful and refused to resend the package unless I paid for shipping a second time. Management at this location needs to be re-evaluated. This was an exceptionally poor customer service experience, and the manager's handling of the situation was entirely unacceptable.
- SPSelena PFeb 19, 20251.0The front desk clerk was extremely rude and inconsiderate. When I first walked in, she was sitting on a chair, smacking her gum, and on her phone with loud music playing. I greeted her, but she did not acknowledge me. Instead, she remained on her phone and casually asked what I needed. As I was speaking, she started singing out loud, still holding her phone in one hand and chewing her gum loudly, talking over me. Her tone was condescending and dismissive, as if assisting me was an inconvenience. As someone who works in customer service, I find this level of unprofessionalism completely unacceptable. She should not be the face of the store if she cannot engage respectfully with customers. If she is unwilling to provide basic customer service, she would be better suited for a position that does not require direct interaction with the public. If I could rate my experience at a 0 I would!
