- CPChristian PinedaSep 15, 20261.0Hi i was told by the post master to leave a review and also a complain on their website. My complain is for the jamaican postman that drops off our package. Now mind you this isnt the first and this well better be the last she shows unprofessionalism in her job. First she lost a package of mine a year ago and delivered it somewhere else. I talked to the post office and unfortunately because she didnt do her job right, the packages was lost. Then I complained about her because she had the audacity to get mad at me for complaining about her not doing her job. Months go by to this week. She comes in and deliver multiple package that belonged to my dad and gf. She comes in two days later and asked if we saw any package she misdelivered to our house. We asked everyone in the house and we never got someone elses package but ours. This LADY had the audacity to come and start telling us we stole a package she apparently delivered wrong to our house. How unprofessional are u. You should be 100% fired in the spot for that. Your lucky i wasnt that one u talked to today. This is that entitled lady in the picture. Your job is to deliver package. Not to harass people in their homes. Do it right or find another job! One advice is stop face timing or talking to someone, or listening to your music so loud while doing your job so maybe that way you can focus on the packages you are delivering. unbelievalble that my girlfriend had to be waken up just to be harrassed by this woman. she didnt even come there to deliver our package she normally delivers at two. So she deliberately came to bother us for something she has done wrong. Do that again and I will call the cops on you believe that. Todays new news about this lady. Spoke to her and started calling me "stupid as hell" because she harrased my girlfriend yesterday. Refused to drop off the package on her hand for our address and when i brought up that i spoke to the postal master yesterday. Shes responded that she was talked to and she doesnt care. Most unprofessional human being ive ever met. The fact you even got a job baffles me. We pay so much for shipping and to have issues like this is wild.

Counter is always closed due to the “computers being down” which have been “down” for almost 2 months. I been here 5 times and it’s always the same issue. Worst post office I’ve been to

They shouldn’t have a counter here if no one is ever going to be able to use it. Only reason I keep coming is because it’s a block away from my work.
