  I’ve always liked the Englewood Post Office. It doesn’t seem like they always have a large staff, and somehow it seems like the minute someone steps away from the counter for a moment, that’s exactly when the line starts forming! People can get impatient because everyone wants to be helped right away, but I’ve learned to just stay in line. The staff usually gets things moving, and honestly, the wait is never as long as you think it’s going to be. What keeps me coming back to this location is the people. The women who work there are always nice, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Even when they’re busy and dealing with a line of customers, I’ve always had a good experience with them. So yes, I definitely recommend the Englewood Post Office. Just bring a little patience if there’s a line. And if you’re one of those people who doesn’t like waiting and decides to get out of line… that’s okay too — because then I’m next! 😊 Seriously, though, I appreciate the staff here and the service they provide. A little kindness and patience on both sides of the counter goes a long way.

  The lady who was working Saturday September 5th by herself... she is an amazing person. I had an issue with shipping and instead of belittling me, she helped me understand why I had to make sure I was shipping it properly. She was super friendly and made an effort to help me. The lines were line as they were busy here and instead of being frustrated she was so kind to everyone. Not often do post office employees get recognized for the good they do. Thank you to the lady who gave me outstanding customer service. You are appreciated.

  The woman who is pictured in another review is beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. I went to get a money order to sign a lease for a new apartment, and before letting me finish she told me it was not possible to take out. I did thorough research before coming, and I know what I was asking for was well within USPS guidelines. She was also looking at my body inappropriately which made me extremely uncomfortable. Even if you are a calm and kind person some people in this world are just so negative they will do anything to be rude because they are unhappy inside. I will never be coming here again and I am afraid that my image of the post office is forever stained by this caustic and unprofessional employee. How is this person allowed to serve the public despite the myriad of negative reviews?

  Terrible and completely unacceptable experience. This was my first time coming to this location to drop off a package for a return, as I recently moved to the area and simply needed some guidance on how to complete the process. The woman who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and her behavior toward me felt blatantly discriminatory and racist. Instead of simply explaining what I needed to do, she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and told me to move. When I calmly asked her to please be nice because I was only asking for assistance with a service, she actually walked away from the window and left me standing there talking by myself. What made it even worse was seeing that I was not the only person she treated poorly. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome, humiliated, or disrespected simply for asking for help. This is a public service location, and customers should be able to expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and equal treatment. Management seriously needs to address the way customers are being treated at this location. My first experience here was absolutely terrible and completely unacceptable.
