  Came in this morning to deliver a package. I asked the girl that was there if I can have tape, she said you charge for 50 cent per strip of tape which is no problem shes always very nice. However she had a couple people in the store so I went to the guy that was there with tall hair short hair. I asked him to charge me for tape for 50 cent and he did one strap which I asked if he can do a couple more and just to charge me whatever is the amount for it. He was very rude and told me buy tape from the wall and continued to argue with me when I told him to just charge me the amount he’s doing for each strip of tape. It’s not the first time I had an issue with him. He’s constantly rude and just shrugged his shoulders whenever someone asks a question.

  I’ve visited this location many times since it’s the closest one, but I honestly have no idea where all these “great service” reviews are coming from. I’ve never experienced that. A few of my neighbors feel the exact same way. There’s a kid who I’m assuming is the store manager with curly hair who is constantly on personal calls and gives a noticeable attitude every single time I do an Amazon return. It’s frustrating to deal with, especially when I’m just following the instructions Amazon provides. It’s not my problem that Amazon shipped my item in that packaging. The directions clearly say to bring everything in its original packaging for a QR code return, which is exactly what I did. Then I’m hearing comments about “saving money,” which has nothing to do with me this is a free Amazon return. Honestly, he’s lucky I wasn’t in the mood to argue that day, because the attitude was completely unnecessary, and need an reality check.

  Honestly, I would give this place 0 stars. I’m not sure if the young boy with curly hair and glasses is the store manager, but he’s always on the phone and it sounds like personal calls. He’s not helpful and is very rude, especially when it comes to returns. This location is definitely a downgrade compared to the Saddle Brook store that closed. All the 5 stars review seem like fake reviews created.

  store manager (curly, blonde) is so rude/ he has own his rules opposite way to ups stores. he hates everyone who arrives in just before the closing time. all my neighbors have the same complaints about him and I don’t like to switch my location to another one but you can replace him with another store manager.
