WORST place to try to renew your passport. Waited 2 hours with an appointment scheduled and still was not seen because the attendant was late and started doing finger prints with a broken machine because it took over 30mins for 1 person to be told it can’t be done. And even then continued to take people for prints instead of taking care of people with appointments for passports. Mind you there were other 2 attendants they just didn’t want to do the work. Horrible place

My experience at the post office was terrible. I ordered over $200 of SHEIN clothes. I got a notification from the SHEIN app that my pack was delivered. I went outside to check I didn’t see any packages in front of my door nor was it delivered inside the building. I went to the post office I gave them my tracking number the lady at the front window said that they shows my package was delivered at my house. But I never received it. I told the lady that I didn’t receive it. She made me filled out a complaint giving my number saying that the supervisor will give me a call about my complaint. I waited 2 weeks past by I didn’t receive a call. I went back to the post office. This lady at the window was rude when I told her I wrote a complaint about my stolen package. That the supervisor never call me. She said she not responsible for the supervisor on who they call. She made me filled out a complaint form again. 3 weeks past since I haven’t seen my package I never got a call back. I’m assuming that the delivery driver took the packages. This location doesn’t give good customer service. They wasted my time. That’s a waste of money I spent on a back to school clothes that I never got. If u ordering on SHEIN dont order over $200. Order a few things at a time.

It's a Monday. There were over 20 people in line at around 12 noon and all I needed was 2 passport applications--had to stand in a long line for applications that should be on the table already.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Complete garbage. Workers are unprofessional, rude and don’t want work or help customers. It’s a real shame that in the city as big as Elizabeth we have to struggle to get good service. It’s worse than the DMV. I will never go there again.
