  They NEVER have a notary present although they have multiple signs up that they provide “notary” service. I was asked to walk a few blocks away to get one at laundromat and walk back. Stephanie was sweet about it though.

  I’ve been dealing with Ben and this UPS store for many years. All of my mail and packages go here. I’ve never had a problem. Parking can be a little challenging at times but they have a few parking spots available on the side of Pennington. Elmora is a commercial area and can get busy but a little patience will take you a long way.

  Needed a stamp and called around and no one could provide the service i needdd except the UPS store in Elizabeth on Elmora Ave. Very professional and quick turnaround. Thank you so much.

  I can't say enough good things about Steph! She truly deserves to be named 'Employee of the Year' hands down. I have genuinely never met anyone so incredibly positive, welcoming, and absolutely sweet. Every single time you see her, her bright smile instantly lifts everyone's mood. Her professionalism paired with that amazing energy is unmatched. You are the absolute best, Steph!

  I often come to this location because it’s convenient. Today 6/3/2026 will be the last time I come to this location!! I walked into the store and stood on line, there was one customer being helped by an employee, and the other employee was sitting in the back on the phone. Another customer walks in, skips the line and heads straight to the counter, while I’m standing in line. The curly haired young lady who was on the phone gets up to help the customer who skips the line. Of course I say something about it…the customer who skipped was very apologetic, so this post isn’t about her. It’s about the employee, when I spoke up about the lady who skipped the line, instead of the employee being apologetic as she should have been, her response to me was “It’s 9:32am miss, relax it’s too early for this!” EXCUSE ME?! How rude! And then she proceeded to go back and forth with me about the situation never once apologizing!! I’ll take my business to the location in Linden where EVERYONE is pleasant.
