  I have been here multiple times in the last 5 months and was received with a smile and professionalism. I have yet to be greeted by the same employee but they were ALL beyond helpful, professional and above and beyond to help me leave knowing my package would arrive safely to its location. This is not the closest Ups store for me but it will be the one I go to every time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  Absolutely horrific customer service. They lost a package shipped from their store, explicitly told me to email them to start a claim, and then completely ghosted my emails for an entire month. When I called today to ask for a status update, the employee got annoyed that I asked him to look into it and hung up on me. Total lack of professionalism. Avoid this location at all costs."

  Wow returned a cooler and the lady said you need a box that will be 10 dollars I said I thought amarzon you don't need a box just a QR code way too expensive for a box luckily a nice customer said I have a box and tape I was so happy I gave her a hug such a great woman she saved me a trip and now I can get my money back soon for the cooler.

  On 5/7, I had to express ship a care package to my sister for Mother’s Day. Her husband is out in the seas serving our country. They made sure my package got to her on time. After I left, I received a call that the driver wasn’t coming back for the day and that they covered the charge for a one day delivery. I do not give reviews, but the male and female who helped me deserves such recognition for service recovery and taking care of their local customers. They both have such great upbeat personalities even when it was the end of the day for the store! Thank you very much!
