  The staff at this location have been consistently helpful each time I’ve come in. I encountered a frustrating situation today mailing out my wedding invitations due to the negligence of a different post office, and the counter clerk and supervisor who assisted me did a great job at patching things up and helped me send them out successfully. If it weren’t for them, I would have had a mailbox filled with failed envelopes and a huge headache. The clerk even offered to help me restamp all of my envelopes (and there were many), which I really appreciated. The supervisor also took the time out of her day to offer some heartfelt wedding planning advice. Big thank you to those two women for their time and care. I highly recommend this location… especially for any fellow stressed out bride-to-be’s. Lol.

  The lady with white hair lied to me.She said the machine is broken and cannot print stickers.but When she does the scan,everything is ok. She Just don't want to work on it.why does USPS hire the person who hate their job and hate customers?

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this USPS location. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, spoke in a harsh and disrespectful manner, and showed no professionalism at all. I was simply asking a normal question, but I was treated as if I was doing something wrong. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially in a public service job. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and makes people uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.

  Very poor customer service overall. One of the employees, a red-haired woman, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not answer questions properly and showed no interest in helping customers. However, I want to mention that the other employees were polite and helpful. The issue was clearly with one individual, not the entire staff

  This post office LOST 17 of my invitations. I put them in the slot. They were all stamped and not one invitation was rec’d from my guests. 17 pieces of mail GONE! I should have known better to use this office bc when I was on line a lady asked the clerk if she should consider her save the dates lost and the clerk straight yup said “yes considered them lost” SOMETHING is up with this post office!!
