  THE WORST POST OFFICE! Lost all of my invitations sent from this post office. Theres a blonde woman who is at the desk is never helpful and often rude.

  I only gave 1 star because the the Desk Staff are friendly and professional. HOWEVER, this week is the 3rd time in 9 months mailing birthday cards dropped at the desk of WOODBRIDGE AVENUE they never arrived. 1) Card sent from counter of Post Ofiice WITH A RECEIPT, on 7/18. Estimated arrival to be 7/23. NEVER ARRIVED. Yet, a card sent to same person, given to my mailman from my home has arrived. 2) Birthday card sent from counter again WOODBRIDGE AVE. POST OFFICE, to Norfolk Va. Never arrived. 3) Christmas card sent to Delaware, from same counter WOODBRIDGR AVE POST OFFICE. I sealed it tightly and put in a Manila envelope. ALSO TIGHTLY SEALED. This arrived, torn opened, retaped, NOTHING IN IT. I have receipts from all above transactions, paid for First Class postage. I should NOT have to pay for Priority just to send a card. Nobody will help me with any of the above. Calls and emails NEVER answered. It's a shame the Post Office I grew up using is a theft operation.

  The staff at this location have been consistently helpful each time I’ve come in. I encountered a frustrating situation today mailing out my wedding invitations due to the negligence of a different post office, and the counter clerk and supervisor who assisted me did a great job at patching things up and helped me send them out successfully. If it weren’t for them, I would have had a mailbox filled with failed envelopes and a huge headache. The clerk even offered to help me restamp all of my envelopes (and there were many), which I really appreciated. The supervisor also took the time out of her day to offer some heartfelt wedding planning advice. Big thank you to those two women for their time and care. I highly recommend this location… especially for any fellow stressed out bride-to-be’s. Lol.

  I had asked to stop my mail (filled the forms out online)while on vacation and they are delivering my mail. I see the carrier on my ring doorbell delivering. This has happened to me twice. The stop mail delivery does not work. And good luck trying to get a person on the phone. And after multiple tries got a person and they opened a ticket for me which will take at least 2 business days to get it researched. By the time they were done researching, my mailbox was full and we were back home!

  The older redheaded clerk named Karen needs to be fired and possibly criminally charged! She allowed one customer to attack. Another in the lobby, physically attack him. And refused to call the police to help him. The video is on youtube of the entire interaction
