- AAakwarius79Jul 3, 20261.0Absolutely terrible service. I can’t speak for the gentleman who he works there at times, but the lady behind the counter is awful. She’s incredibly rude and lazy. She acts like she doesn’t want to be there, she is not helpful, and is disrespectful to customers. I really expect more from the USPS.
- ESExperien SmithJun 23, 20261.0Woman is always on the computer in the back of the room. If you are the first person to walk to the register she will ask “do you need a receipt?”. She’s hoping you say no so she doesn’t have to get up and will say you can leave your envelope/box at the register. She also used to press the happy face feedback at the register for people, she has stopped doing that recently. She probably was talked to about it. The guy who retired was much better.

Tracking data 2 weeks from post showed JFK airport till o got it back last month May 2013. I lost my client and close to 1000$ on the books i sent him and postage of 132$ .. i am astonished, clueless, where should i go for financial, mental and physical compensation? Any body in USPS will like to respond? Or Public at large viewing google reviews guide me?

Before you pay, there’s a satisfaction survey on the screen. The postal worker said to do the survey ( Just 3 faces - sad, neutral & happy.) Before I had a chance to press it, the lady reached over the counter, pressed happy, and said thank you for taking the survey 🙄 It’s not the answer I would have chosen. I gave it 2 stars because they were open on a Saturday afternoon.
