  ⭐☆☆☆☆ **1 Star – One of the Worst Business Decisions I've Ever Made** Stay Away From This SS ADS/ SMART SHOPPER If you're a small business owner, **please think twice before signing anything with SS Ads / Smart Shopper.** I wish someone had warned me before I agreed to their advertising program. I own a **Total Wireless** store, and their salesperson, **Karen**, convinced me that their advertising would bring new customers and increase my sales. The presentation sounded very convincing, but the results were the complete opposite. I signed a **7-edition contract** and paid approximately **$638 per edition**, spending **over $3,190**. After **5 months**, I received **ZERO customers** that I could attribute to their advertising. Not one. It was a complete waste of my hard-earned money. Whenever I called to express my concerns, I was repeatedly told to "wait longer" and that the results would come. They never did. Instead of helping solve the problem, they continued expecting payment for a service that produced absolutely no return on my investment. The contract terms and cancellation costs were not made clear to me during the sales process. When I wanted to stop because the advertising was clearly not working, I found out that getting out of the agreement would cost thousands of dollars. At that point, I felt completely trapped. In my opinion, this company focuses far more on locking businesses into long-term contracts than on delivering measurable results. My experience was that once the contract was signed, the promises disappeared while the monthly invoices continued. I strongly encourage every new business owner to read every line of the contract, ask for everything in writing, and do not rely on verbal promises. If they guarantee customers or results, ask them to put those guarantees in the contract. I spent **over $3,190** and received **zero return**. That is my experience, and I would never do business with this company again. I hope this review helps another small business owner avoid making the same expensive mistake I did.

  We absolutely love Smart Shopper! Rina does an amazing job suggesting great options and really knows how to create effective ads. What’s even better is that I’ve been able to make money from the ads! I’ve also had multiple customers contact me through the ads, and many of them have contracted several jobs with us. I would definitely give them five stars! I also really appreciate how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend Smart Shopper to anyone looking to grow their business and reach the right clients!

  I have been advertising with SS for the last two years. I have seen my business grow to a new high since covid. I would highly recommend this group. Karen is our rep and she is transparent and motivated. Guides us to which area would benefit our business and it shows.
