- ASAlexandra SaghirJun 20, 20265.0Kima (?) and his team were amazing today. They were so patient and extremely on time and really cared about the delivery. Additionally, they were super polite and conscientious to a very intense co-op building. I would highly recommend them unfortunately they work with IKEA and they understand how difficult it is to deal with IKEA customer service so it was refreshing to have these guys on my side.

Great communication prior to delivery, and fantastic service with the delivery and installation of my new washing machine, steam dryer and (almost)two dishwashers. They discovered they could not install the dishwashers due to an unforeseen plumbing problem, but before they left they hooked the old ones back up and verified operation, and told me exactly what had to be done to complete the installation of the new ones. They even got me in touch with customer service to reschedule the install before they left. Very satisfied and highly recommend XPO Logistics

The delivery men were incredibly kind and arrived on the early end of the arrival time which was nice! They called and texted us when they were half an hour out, and setting up delivery was super easy! Would absolutely use them again

More order was delivered without 4 chairs. Driver spoke to a customer service agent at RXO. I have been expecting the error to have been corrected, or at least addressed. It has not. I do NOT recommend RXO at all

They assembled our furniture quickly and efficiently, and their communication throughout the process was outstanding. They took the time to make sure our expectations were met and that everything was set up exactly how we wanted it. Professional, courteous, and hardworking from start to finish.
