- SCSean Cuttler1 day ago1.0If I could give RXO a zero I would. What a horrible, pathetic and useless company. They are the delivery and setup team for a fancy brand, Polywood. They charge a lot, then have RXO delivery the goods. I have never had such poor experience and they have been here 3 times. Many no shows, excuses and incompetence staff. Polywood do better!!!
- AZAnna Zak3 days ago5.0I just had a lot of IKEA furniture delivered. The two delivery men were very professional, curious, and patient. They helped me figure out which boxes belonged to which peace and placed them in the correct room. They were quick and efficient.
- BBB4 days ago5.0As a single mother I am so grateful that the company and delivery person(s) read and fulfilled my request about where to leave my package which is furniture. The amount of times my requests have been ignored from other companies is seriously exhausting as being a single mother I have to wait for my child to be asleep to safely move my packages that were placed elsehwere. Again thank you 🙌🏽🙏🏽 Also my package was clearly delivered with care as nothing inside was damaged

- EEEllaJul 23, 20265.0I just finished getting a washer and dryer delivered and installed in a basement through a cellar door - there were a few unforeseen issues but the 2 men went above and beyond to resolve them and were unfazed by it. They were also extremely efficient - I was surprised they competed the job so quickly since I had a fridge delivered from another brand and company earlier in the week and that team took at least 5 times longer than the guys today. Extremely pleased!
