- HLHahail LeeAug 8, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience with a middle-aged female employee at this store. Her attitude toward me was extremely rude and dismissive from the beginning, and the way she treated me made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. I couldn’t help but wonder whether race played a role in how I was treated. Regardless of the reason, this level of disrespect toward a customer is completely unacceptable. Management should seriously address how employees interact with customers.

A special shoutout to Riha, she is always smiling, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and the convenient parking is another big plus. Highly recommended!

- KWKaren WashingtonJun 25, 20261.0The service is slow and the older lady is inexperienced in technical and computer services… I went to do a change of address which was already done via online services but I had to go there for verification and the lady literally couldn’t read the instructions on the computer screen and screwed up my change of address form. Now I have a receipt saying that my identity couldn’t be verified and I’ve been trying to fix it for the past four days. I also submitted a ticket to get it corrected and to no avail. What is wrong with the post office these days. Simple tasks can’t be completed due to lack of knowledge and incompetence.
