The customer service really stood out—they were patient, courteous, and genuinely willing to help. The store was also clean, organized, and well managed. They handled my shipment quickly, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The store itself was organized and efficient, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep things running well. The only unfortunate part of the experience was seeing how rude and disrespectful some customers were toward the staff. Despite that, the employees stayed calm, respectful, and continued providing excellent customer service.
