- KHKaberra HigdonJul 3, 20264.0I never have alot of issues with this location besides the air conditioning seems to be off just when there's a heat wave. the clerks are pretty efficient but sometimes it's not enough clerks for the long lines. 4 stars only for lack of air conditioning. Desiree is the best!

On March 8th 2026 around 2:00 PM, I experienced extremely unprofessional and discourteous service from the employee assisting at Window 4. After briefly stepping aside to write an address on another envelope, I returned to the line only for that employee to look at me and then placed a large cardboard on the window while mumbling something then walked away without clear communication. Customer service roles require professionalism, patience, and respectful treatment of all individuals. Based on this experience, the behavior displayed was unacceptable and did not reflect the level of service customers should expect. Considering the number of similar negative reviews, it is concerning that these issues appear to be ongoing.

He should be working at a different institution, because he has no respect and tries to treat people as if they were animals; he discriminates against everyone.
