Would give 0 stars if I could, this bald roundish looking man tried giving me attitude, after I just walked in with nobody in the line. I simply asked for a money order he saying he wasn't ready which okay how am I supposed to know that SIR can't read your mind. Don't come here y'all. And to that man, if you don't like your job don't take it out on me simply quit.

Unfortunately, this is the post office closest to my house, so that’s why I go there; the service isn't just bad—it’s ATROCIOUS. The first time I went—on a Monday with nine small packages (envelopes)—the man behind the counter said to me, "Why are you bringing me so many packages to scan on a Monday morning?" The second time, there was an elderly man with a walker ahead of me picking something up, and the clerk told him, "Move aside with your stuff; you're slowing down my work—I've got people waiting" (the only person in line was me). I felt bad for the poor old man and told him to take his time. The third time, the man was watching videos and didn't even look up while I was speaking to him; he wouldn't let me select the "print and mail" option—he simply wouldn't let me finish the process and said, "Go to usps.com and handle everything from there." The fourth time, he told me, "Just leave the envelopes there," and wouldn't even print my receipt; I had to go back and demand the shipping receipts—for heaven's sake, I have the right to ask for them! In short, whenever I visit this place, I think: there are so many people out there willing to do a good job with a great attitude, yet here sits someone who hates his job, making life miserable for everyone who walks in , Come on, please—snap out of it and do your job better, with respect and responsibility. I believe in people and their capacity for significant change; I hope your level of service improves!
