  I had a very unpleasant experience at this FedEx location with an employee named Camila. She has black hair and wears black glasses. From the moment she assisted me, I felt that I was being treated disrespectfully and differently because of my skin color and the way I was dressed. I was trying to ship a package to Miami, and Camila repeatedly made comments suggesting that the shipping cost would be too expensive for me. I clearly told her that the price was not an issue and that I simply wanted to send the package, but she continued making assumptions about my ability to pay. At one point, she told me that she did not understand what I was saying and insisted that I needed to create a FedEx account because, according to her, I could not ship a package without one. I followed her instructions and created the account. Fortunately, Camila’s shift ended and another employee was able to assist me. The second woman was extremely cordial and professional, completed my shipment without any issues, and even apologized for Camila’s behavior, telling me that “she is always like that.” I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their appearance, clothing, skin color, or perceived financial situation. I hope management takes this situation seriously and addresses the way customers are treated at this location. I want to make it clear that my issue is not with FedEx itself, but with the way I was treated by this particular employee. The second employee was excellent and showed exactly what good customer service should look like.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve had two separate frustrating experiences at this FedEx location, each ending with a different, completely unreasonable excuse for refusing my shipment. The staff was consistently rude, including the manager, Tom, who offered no help whatsoever. The first time, my return was rejected because two items from the same order weren’t in a single box. The second time, I was turned away because I had a QR code and was told to go to a FedEx Office instead. The manager claimed this shipment center couldn’t print labels from QR codes, which feels outdated and inconvenient when QR-code returns are now standard. Instead of trying to help, they simply found reasons to send customers elsewhere. After these experiences, it’s clear why UPS and Happy Returns provide a much better customer experience.

  You can’t print a return label ?When I did have my return barcode and your employee even didn’t try it to scan it!You should speak only English otherwise if they see you have different accent they will throw you out immediately!You really suck!
