Be prepared to stand on line with Amazon customer returns. I went to return a STAPLES item at lunchtime. There was a line of people who were 100% all Amazon return customers. I was forced to wait because there was only one cashier. Eventually the cashier processed my STAPLES return but I also asked to speak to the manager about my experience. Instead, a supervisor was sent to speak with me. I told the supervisor my concern. All she did was say sorry--not that they would fix the situation for the furture. On my way out I saw the manager standing by the copy desk talking to an employee. There was also another employee behind the copy desk. So that is a total of 5 employees that I saw. I did not see a line of customers at the copy desk. I thought surely another employee, (be it the manager or anyone else), could have opened another register to service STAPLES customers. But I was told by the manager that he only had one employee and he could not hire more. Make sense? Not to me. .

Absolutely terrible for Amazon returns. 1 person working the desk while multiple employees stand around. Save your time and go to UPS right up the street.

I went to this store because its about 5 mins from me. Never again!! The Amazon return counter is filled with slow and rude people. The little Indian lady didn't greet me just started scanning things. I never got a receipt that the item was returned. She slid the Amazon envelope and said take this. I asked if she could dispose of it for me and she states they don't do that. A young man named Dennis just watched the long line (6-8 ppl) while he put merch in plastic boxes. He asked a woman who as checking out who was 3rd in line if she wanted him to check her out. She said no thank you and he returned to putting merch in the plastic boxes not asking anyone else if he could help them. A young Black woman helped one person then went on break and Dennis walked away with her. I won't be going back to this store for Amazon returns. I'll drive out of my way to make a return at the UPS store.

How does the Staples close at 6PM on a Saturday. The other locations are open till 9PM.
