- PIParrie ItalianoJul 13, 20265.0Today I had my packaged marked as delivered but my package was not at my house. I drove down to the post office and the manager looked at the GPS tracker and saw it was accidently delivered right down the road. He contacted the driver and the driver quickly scooped it up and brought it to my house while I was still at the post office!! We never hear about the wins in the mail delivery space but this was huge. Very appreciative of the manager, staff, and driver for caring and trying to work this out. Felt like a small community win :) Thanks again so much!!
- MBMohan BhargavaJun 10, 20261.0Absolutely Rude Staff here. The middle aged guy behind the desk is stand offish , rude both in tone and demeanour and goes out of his way to make you feel unwelcome. On multiple occasions, I found his tone dismissive, confrontational, and unnecessarily harsh. Rather than helping customers navigate questions or mistakes, he often communicates in a way that makes people feel as though they have done something wrong simply for asking for assistance. What makes this especially disappointing is that the interaction often becomes noticeably more pleasant only at the very end of the transaction at the time of asking for a service review on the payment screen. The striking contrast is behavior and service seems predermined , intentional , slimy and disturbing. I am a reasonable person. I do not base opinions on a single encounter. I have visited this location multiple times and experienced the same behavior from the same person repeatedly. My wife has reported similar experiences from the same individual as well. We have absolutely stopped giving this place our business. I actually hope someone higher up at USPS read this review. This kind of service is repulsive and unacceptable. I would not even give a single star to this business if that was an option. My Honest opinion and review - STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!
