No help or effort to figure out why my appointment isnt on their sheet for the day. Then just to be told to make another appointment online Lol this place is a joke.

We swap bins and they later scan them when they have time instead of holding up the line. I have never once had a package scanned late. I have also never had a package get lost. The staff are always friendly and I have never had an issue with service. The mail carriers are also all very nice people. I have also gotten my passport here and had zero issues. I was done in 15 minutes and my passport came in the mail two weeks later. I think the people having issues might not be telling the full story.
