  Found the printer we wanted, but it seemed like a lot of trouble for the salesman to put down his coffee as he carried it around with him, even to the register. We get better service at the West Deptford store than the Deptford store.

  I’m disappointed with my experience at the Deptford location. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he was working behind the customer service desk. Young Asian man wearing black glasses. He was rude and visibly annoyed when I asked about purchasing NeeDoh products. When I asked what products they had available, he wouldn’t show us what they actually had or allow us to see the available options. I would prefer that these products be kept behind the counter in a clearly visible location so customers can easily see what is available without having to deal with an unpleasant interaction just to make a purchase. Customer service should be helpful and respectful, especially at the customer service desk. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I will no longer be shopping at this location.

  Don't come here to print anything the machines don't work then they charge you a a rush fee to have them do it for you after 12 ... Noone is doing anything to fix printing machines they are just letting a huge line form for the machines .. this staples sucks ..

  well let's see ..... 1. I go to this store to order a bouquet of balloons , I go to get the bouquet the next day and one of the balloons was inflated but on the floor because the balloon that I picked didn't float .... why wouldn't you tell me this when I ordered it.... idk the clerk says ..... so you're still going to prepare a bouquet of balloons and one doesn't float and your just going to try to sell me this when I get there.... 2 . I go to drop off a package for the UPS store ..... the clerk says we don't take this .... I'm like it's a UPS package with a UPS label .... the clerk still refuses is it.... I leave with the package and low and behold the UPS guy is arriving to pick up packages .... I ask the UPS guy will you take this package .... he says sure no problem .. I proceed to tell him they wouldn't take it in the staples ... he looks at me like I had two heads and tells me that's not true .... 3. I go to get a package I ordered and had delivered there .... they tell me I did it wrong and they didn't have the package.... I got the email my package was delivered there..... low and behold my package was sitting on the counter and no one had even known it was there .... but I was wrong for something I did..... wow!! this place is useless strike 3 your out..... I'll never go there again!

  Where do I begin? I walk in looking for an office chair and after I make my pick I walk up to someone looking for help. A gentleman with glasses is walking towards me so I ask him for help. He goes, “Do you want him to help you?”referring to a gentleman that I saw was already busy so I didn’t ask him. I say that’s fine it doesn’t matter. I turn around and I assume to be manager at this point says, “This guy just walked right up and asked me!?” under his breath. Excuse me? Who is this guy? Is he above helping people? Anyway, I ask them if they had one of the chairs in a different color. They both go and say they will look in the back. Then a woman walks in and asks if they have costumes.. at staples… so both of them go on explaining to this woman that they only sell balloons or something for like 5 minutes. Mind you this manager dude found it absurd that I asked him to help me buy a chair. So I just walk out because they’re being rude and then I step on a LOOSE TACK ON THE FLOOR. Picture attached. What is going on in this store? Very poorly run. Sad! Do not go here!
