- CCcourtneyMar 16, 20265.0Had such an amazing experience with this post office thanks to Telisha! The post office is not even the local office for my address but she still was super helpful to me. My local post office was closed on Saturday and she helped me in a stressful situation. She took down my information in case the package did come back to her location. This morning, Telisha gave me a call to let me know South Hackensack had loaded it on the truck and it would be delivered today. She went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful for her amazing customer service!

- MKMichael KangJun 28, 20211.0Usually a visit to Demarest PO is a pleasant experience. The place has old time charm and the people who work there are very helpful. However, there was a new guy at the PO today, Nisarg, who has no business working at counter as he has zero desire to help. I went to collect a package that I had ordered after receiving an email from the vendor that it was at the PO. Nisarg asked me if I had a tracking number. When I said, 'no', Nisarg 'knew' it was a scam. He knew all this without ever asking me nor giving me chance to tell him my address. Apparently, there was not a single mail inside the PO to be picked up. The 1 star review is for this employee and he alone.
