Over a month ago myself and my family went in to change address in person and open a PO Box (huge regret) and after a month passes with no mail, they told me I needed to come in AGAIN to verify my identity, WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE, but the incompetent worker must’ve just not cared enough about doing a decent job, to advise I needed to wait for a barcode before conforming COA. A month and a half later, my mail is lost in space and not a single person is able to tell me what I can do and no one takes accountability for the fact that I did my part and THEY didn’t give me the information that was essential.
