- HPHara Pereira3 days ago1.0The lack of responsibility is appalling. Over a month ago myself and my family went in to change address in person and open a PO Box (huge regret) and after a month passes with no mail, they told me I needed to come in AGAIN to verify my identity, WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE, but the incompetent worker must’ve just not cared enough about doing a decent job, to advise I needed to wait for a barcode before conforming COA. A month and a half later, my mail is lost in space and not a single person is able to tell me what I can do and no one takes accountability for the fact that I did my part and THEY didn’t give me the information that was essential.

- NINardi IzqMay 3, 20211.0Horrible place. This Lady that works there Saturday mornings (5/1/2021 to be exact) is so rude and she just want to do other people miserable. EVEN IF YOU DONT NEED A RECEIPT AND HAVE LABELED PAID PACKAGES, YOU CANNOT DROP IT OFF AT THIS LOCATION, YOU MUST DO THE HUGE LINE. This has never happened to me before, usually in other USPS they even put a huge container for us that just drop off our packages to place them there if they are already labeled. This lady did not wanted to do that at all and made me and other person waste our time going there. She was so unprofessional and just ridiculous. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
