- SPSunshine PApr 14, 20261.0This is my local post office and every time anyone of my family members come here for any reason we always encounter unprofessional rudeness behavior from the postal workers here at Dayton this time my disabled husband goes in and asked the postal worker at the front a question so he can mail off something and she ignored him and went to the back and started working two workers there and they both refused to provide service to him so I went in there and it was very hot with no AC im sorry you have to work under these conditions but this is not a excuse you still have to work.

They are very unprofessional, the short brown skin older lady with glasses is very rude and did not treat me like a valued costumer and walked away without saying anything and left me standing there without any help and the other lady that was at the register was very rude towards the customers as well and refused to help the young brown skin man. On top of them being so unprofessional they have attitudes and say it’s because they’re hot in the post office with no air conditioner taking it out on customers, I don’t recommend this post office to anyone they make Dayton beautiful communities look bad. I recommend going to Monmouth Junction post office. They have air conditioner and the employees over there are more professional, and have good energy.

- JBJ BDec 30, 20251.0Dropped off some letters to Florida at 6am on Dec 17. It's Dec 30 and they haven't arrived yet. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. Update. I went to inquire. They said "nothing out of the ordinary" it's Jan 3 now. Still not delivered.
