Terrible customer service. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made what should have been a simple return into an unpleasant experience. Instead of being helpful, they were disrespectful and treated customers with unnecessary hostility. I left feeling shocked by how poorly I was treated. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning. Management seriously needs to improve customer service and train employees on how to treat people with basic respect

I just had the worst experience trying to return a package. The employee, whose name was Betty (or something similar), was extremely rude and unprofessional.
She told me to cover the writing on the box. I said, “Okay, once you put the shipping label on, the writing will be covered.” Then she told me to “remove your hand off the rope,” as if she thought I was going to hit her. I’m pregnant, and she was much bigger than me. There was absolutely no reason to treat me that way.
To make things even worse, she told me to “wear clothes your size,” which was completely inappropriate, insulting, and unrelated to my return.
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. If someone treats customers this way, they shouldn’t be working in customer service.

This post office has now lost 4 packages of mine in less than a year. That was in 2023. I no longer go here. I suggest going to Tenafly. They're far more friendly and helpful, and they have never lost a package of mine yet since 2024 and we're now in 2026.
