  This is the worst post office ever thanks to the lazy, useless employees. They stand around and have private conversations while ignoring waiting customers, and act so obnoxious, as if they are doing us a favor by coming to the post office. They make constant mistakes, and even the local carriers are slipping because we wont get mail some days for 2-3 days straight. Everyone here should be fired.

  Showed up at 10:18am for a 10:15am passport appointment with a toddler and a newborn. Was told they couldn’t do the application because we were late. There were three employees just sitting there with not a single other customer in the building. Guess no one wanted to work. Amazing customer service.

  I don't order things often but when I do the items are late because they send my packages an hour elsewhere instead of down the street to me.

  Service can vary, but today there was two clerks and no waiting lines. Only street parking except for a 15 minute lot in the front.

  I am amending my review below as I’ve noticed a change. And so lovely to see. . I was asked questions the other day about pricing and today a younger man was there again. He was professional, kind and helpful. A lady with longer hair was with him who I also saw the other day and she smiled. Makes all the difference. They were courteous to the customer ahead of me. Next time I go I will ask who the young gentleman is as he had a great easy going manner offering the customer ahead of me some good advice for her package. Have had a couple of good experiences but this particular gentleman was rude and tried to charge me 20 to send one sheet of paper certified. Clerk 8 UFN 331905-0224. I had gone up to ask which envelope to use for certified. Apparently I had picked the wrong one but rather than telling me to get the right one he charged me 20 dollars. When I asked why it was so expensive he said as you picked the wrong envelope so I’ve put it through as a package. So why not tell a customer “let’s get you a new one as why pay double” So I asked to swap envelopes and then he charged me for the old one also even though he didn’t have the diligence to explain to a customer that he was about to double charge her for her error. Money is tight for me right now and I am disabled so encounters like this can really ruin your day. Hopefully I don’t have to get waited on by him again as I’ll wait in line for another. No apology for not giving me a heads up. Just very entrenched in the fact I had picked the wrong envelope. Terrible customer service.
