- ARAlexandra RicciardiApr 18, 20261.0Have had a couple of good experiences but this particular gentleman was rude and tried to charge me 20 to send one sheet of paper certified. Clerk 8 UFN 331905-0224. I had gone up to ask which envelope to use for certified. Apparently I had picked the wrong one but rather than telling me to get the right one he charged me 20 dollars. When I asked why it was so expensive he said as you picked the wrong envelope so I’ve put it through as a package. So why not tell a customer “let’s get you a new one as why pay double” So I asked to swap envelopes and then he charged me for the old one also even though he didn’t have the diligence to explain to a customer that he was about to double charge her for her error. Money is tight for me right now and I am disabled so encounters like this can really ruin your day. Hopefully I don’t have to get waited on by him again as I’ll wait in line for another. No apology for not giving me a heads up. Just very entrenched in the fact I had picked the wrong envelope. Terrible customer service.

I had a passport appointment and came on time and the workers refused to honor the appointment, were rude, and decided to leave the building instead of do their jobs. This is absolutely the worst location. Do not waste your time booking an appointment here. It will not be honored.
