- TBTRACY BOGYAug 14, 20262.0I usually don’t have any issues when I come to this location, so I’m disappointed by the experience I had. I needed assistance shipping an item, and the manager was extremely cold and short with me. What stood out to me was that she greeted and interacted with other customers kindly, but I did not receive that same level of courtesy or warmth. I hate to feel like I have to “play the race card,” but the difference in how I was treated compared to the other customers left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s really unfortunate that I had to experience that when I came into the store for something as simple as shipping an item. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, but it definitely left a lasting impression.
