- SRStephanie RosarioMay 26, 20261.0HORRIBLE PLACE, Do not go here. By far the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. The man behind the counter is always rude, unhelpful, and acts bothered anytime customers come in with packages. Today he kept saying he was the only one working and couldn’t take so many packages. While staffing may not be his fault, that is not the customer’s problem either, and there’s definitely a better way to speak to people. I ended up having to take all of my packages and leave because he completely refused to help. I rarely leave bad reviews and I’m usually very understanding, but this experience was beyond frustrating. Terrible customer service and an awful attitude every single time. Honestly, I hope he sees this review because apparently I’m not the only one who feels this way after reading similar reviews from other customers. If you hate your job this much, maybe it’s time to retire.

- NBNina S BrunoJan 18, 20191.0When the PO was having all those problems years ago which threatened to stop the service I felt bad for the system. After living in and having to depend on the postal service in Robbinsville and Cranbury They can shut the service down. It has gotten and been that bad. It seems that there are more than a few bad apples in the bunch. Trenton PO is a disgrace. They have been pitiful for years and no one cares. I don’t feel bad that the Post office is doing so poorly, they should. Cranbury used to run efficiently. That has changed. What a pity.
