- JAJ. A.G.Mar 25, 20252.0When I can get through to them via phone they are very nice. When I go there in person they are very nice. (they get 2 stars for this) It takes days to get someone on the phone. They seem to answer the phone when ever they are in the mood. (I dont call at lunch) Then when you finally get through, they tell you they are going to call you back about your missing package, they don't. I had to go through the main 800 automated number to escalate this and create a ticket. Now I have to wait 3-4 days for this to move forward. Other places/homes I have lived, I could always call the Post Office and get the Post Master General to address problems ASAP. At least they answered their phones. I've only called and gone to this post office because of daily delivery or package issues. Its too bad because they all could be out of jobs if their jobs go private.
