- VHVanessa HumphreyAug 18, 20261.0Extremely Disappointed They don’t even deserve one star. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable, and unfortunately, the management was even worse. My experience with Anita and Angela was extremely disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and customer-service skills was unacceptable, and I honestly feel sorry for the employees who have to work under management that appears so poorly trained. Management sets the standard for customer service, and this experience was a complete failure from the top down. I strongly believe the management team needs serious retraining and accountability, and their positions should be reevaluated. I will also be filing a formal complaint through the USPS website regarding this experience. Poor, poor, poor customer service. I would give zero stars if that were an option. :(
- DKDavid KingApr 14, 20251.0Even 1 star is too much for this hopeless place. There are so many bad reviews about the staff attitude issues and bad behavior towards customers but nothing has changed. There is one particular woman who is always upset and maybe sad that she still has to work but that doesn’t give her right to be rude and nasty to the post office customers. She can’t explain what tracking mail options are available and starts shouting if the customer doesn’t understand her English with a very strong accent. She seems to be there most of the time and every time she is there there is a long queue as she is very incompetent. There seems to be no staff training protocols at Closter post office.

In the afternoon, a different woman (black) was much nicer although it cost me $28 to ship something domestically. Also, they should have large boxes here and an electronic kiosk. It felt like this place was stuck in the 90's
