  I rarely leave bad reviews, much less 1 star ratings. In this case, I wish there was an option to leave 0 star. Had the worst experience today trying to return a mini refrigerator bought from Amazon. This location was listed as a drop-off facility. The product arrived from Amazon in a box with an open bottom, and secured with several plastic straps accross the box. During repacking for return, I called this UPS location to ask if they have the plastic straps to secure the box (because I do not have them). The person I spoke with on the phone said to just bring the box in, that they have the straps and "will take care of it". This was on Tuesday and today is Thurs. When I brought the package in, I asked the person the same question to confirm and mentioned the phone conversation I had 2 days ago. The person at the counter scanned the return barcode, said they will take it, but that I "will be responsible for any damages". I asked again about the strap and he said they don't have it and reiterated that they "will take the box" but I "will be responsible for any damages". He said they can give me another box to repack it in and they will charge for it. He was EXTREMELY rude, and said that he doesn't know who I spoke with on the phone but he was the owner and he doesn't help with the packing. It was a simple question, you don't have to be very about it. I sure hope he was not the owner because if this is how he treats other customers, then his business will not last long. I've been to this location many times and all other times everyone were pleasant to deal with, but I have never encountered this individual before. I took the package back. Now I need to find another UPS location. I don't expect to be back to this store again. I hope this person was just having a bad day, but that's not how you treat customers.

  It’s very important extremely likely number 10. They’re very good store efficient professional, friendly. And location is very convenient. What else I could say besides they’re doing everything correct.

  The employee I dealt with has become increasingly rude and I cannot support this business anymore. There are a few very kind and helpful employees/owners but one man has made it so unpleasant.

  Asked for a notary and “Jungsub Yoon” of the UPS Store was extremely rude. Asked for my ID; looked at it, said something disrespectful in Hangul and another Korean woman employees were laughing. I asked him sarcastically what is so funny about my ID? He became irate. I’m African-American so I felt completely disrespected. Will use USPS for shipping and any other Post office related matters!
