Been here several times, each time I’m met with a person who obviously hates their life and their job. I guess it’s hard to find anyone polite nowadays that can wear a smile. Don’t expect any decent help, they do the bare minimum with the worst attitude. I recommend any other PO.

We had an appointment for passports and a family of 5. We needed to redo some documents and retake our pictures. This caused us to take longer than expected. Isodora was patient, kind, helpful and professional. Throughout the process of helping us, she also had to take care of the rest of the services by other customers. I couldn't tell you how refreshing it was to also see a postal worker on a first name bases with so many customers. She is clearly a jewel in her community and a national treasure to the postal service community!

It's a good post office, but Annandale 08801 is less crowded and has more parking.

I used the USPS website to schedule a passport application for our newborn. I had to reschedule and I must have made an error because when I arrived we were not listed and I realized I never received a confirmation for the new appointment. That's all on me but the woman at the desk was the rudest person I've interacted with in recent memory. When we arrived and filled out paperwork she very snidely told us we were not on the passport schedule. She acted as though she was personally offended when I asked whether we would still be able to submit an application. Getting any information was like pulling teeth and all we got were short, sharp replies. When I asked if we could schedule a same day appointment on the website she curtly told us to go online, only to find out that we could not. I'm sure she knew full well that we could not. At this point, she had left the customer service desk and we could overhear her complaining to her colleagues in the back. There was nobody at the desk and we were unable to ask any more questions.
