- RRRich RApr 8, 20261.0National entity with no help center call line or direct dials to post offices. All these tax dollars and the help line gives you an AI chat bot that automatically disconnects you . This entire department is a sham, what a joke.

The staff member, a lady, and gentleman (who was called the manager) displayed both rudeness and unprofessionalism. At 1:30 pm, I had an appointment to apply for my son's passport, but they told me to wait until 1:30 pm. They came back at 1:45 pm and said you should try a different location in Flemington instead of here. I asked why they said we don't support your application. Her behavior was dismissive rather than providing helpful guidance. They were unprepared to give a suitable response. I am optimistic that management will address this issue to ensure a better experience for others. Unless improvements are made, I would not suggest this location.

The group I was working with shipped a multitude of packages so I really did need help ... and luckily I found this office to be AMAZING.
