- JTJen TMay 4, 20261.0I only come to this USPS when absolutely necessary. The customer service here is consistently disappointing. On one visit, an employee immediately questioned why I picked up a Priority Mail box and repeatedly (and rudely) asked if I was sure I wanted to use it because of the price difference. I confirmed multiple times that I was sure, yet she continued. Then, her coworker who was standing next to her made an unnecessary comment directly to me saying "once you start paying rent, you're gonna see.” etc. That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. How I choose to spend my money is not up for discussion. Service is also very slow. Employees often stand around talking instead of helping customers. On another visit, the employee helping me had a dismissive attitude, and when I was about to complete the survey on the pin pad, she reached over and selected a positive rating herself without my input. Overall, very frustrating experiences. This location seriously needs better customer service and accountability.
