A post office that does not allow you to send mail. Makes sense. Save your time thus place is a passport facility pretending to be a post office.

The delivery people, when they have to deliver a package that requires a signature, often go to your house but don't ring the doorbell and then take the package back. When you arrive, they tell you they can't help you because the delivery window has passed, so you have to find a way to get time off work to get there on time. When you try to explain the situation, the man with glasses argues with you, tells you to leave, and locks the door at 6:30. It's incredibly disrespectful and rude.
