I take full responsibility for this oversight. When I asked if I could return, the staff member agreed to note my request. However, upon my return, I was informed that I couldn’t be seen until everyone else was attended to. While I understand the need to follow a queue, it would have been more helpful to be informed earlier, perhaps to schedule a new appointment or avoid the unnecessary drive back home. This experience was quite frustrating, especially after a long day at work and with hungry children. We waited to be seen 1 hour and a half and after we returned we waited 30 minutes and decided to leave.
